The Service Support Specialist provides support to our internal service software users. This position will support the utilization of a variety of service software solutions as well as service data analysis and data visualization creation. Pay Range: $55,000.00 - $82,000.00 Annually Pay range is dependent upon education & experience. Responsibility for the continuity of staff training on ServiceLink software as well as all other service software to ensure a more effective operation and provide a higher level of service to our end users Develops, documents, and trains personnel on service processes. Responsibility for the continuity of staff training on ServiceLink software as well as all other service software to ensure a more effective operation and provide a higher level of service to our end users Serves as the backup company subject matter expert regarding DBS work-order functions Provides support to Wagner service personnel using ServiceLink Supports ServiceLink & DBS service related configuration including labor charge codes, labor rates, miscellaneous charge codes, invoicing parameters, monthly work-orders, template work-orders, etc. Interfaces with Wagner Training Institute to assist with technician and service personnel related service systems training. Assists with the facilitation of service operational reviews to determine, develop, and adopt “best in dustry” practices to support our growth in Service Excellence Performance Participates in the development of staff to provide a more effective workgroup while promoting a high level of productivity Other duties as assigned by manager.
