As part of the Parcel Services team, it is your responsibility to work collaboratively with the Sales Managers, and customers to identify and analyze any Revision, Modification and Retrofit (RMR) needs. The Services Support Engineer will provide technical and project support for parcel automation customers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL. This role is responsible for leading customer inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and executing small retrofit or modification projects involving both PLC controls and electro-mechanical systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong PLC knowledge and a service-oriented mindset, capable of managing technical tasks while maintaining excellent customer communication.
