If you're interested in creating inspiring moments of connection, consider joining our team. SERVICE SUPERVISOR We’re seeking a Service Supervisor to join our Operations team. The Service Supervisor will report directly to the Service Manager. What You’ll Do: As a Service Supervisor, you will oversee the successful execution of all programs while ensuring a profitable operation and consistently high-quality products and service. You’ll help lead and develop the service team, collaborate closely with Culinary, and use CHG’s Core Values to create exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a conference center or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of service standards and different service types
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations
  • Flexible and long hours are sometimes required
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time

  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service setup and execution in alignment with Program Execution Orders, ensuring smooth coordination between the Culinary and Service teams
  • Lead, support, and train the service team to maintain high service standards
  • Manage inventory processes by monitoring stock levels and communicating accurate counts to the Culinary team
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and emergency procedures while maintaining clean, organized front- and back-of-house service areas
  • Conduct opening and closing inspections to ensure readiness, quality, and compliance with standards
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through professional, courteous interactions and strong problem-solving
  • Perform service technician duties as needed and contribute to overall operational excellence
