Creative Dining Services is seeking a Service Supervisor to join their team at The College of Wooster. This role involves supervising and working alongside late-night service staff to prepare food orders for students, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Requirements

Responsibilities

Supervise and work alongside a team of late-night service staff, preparing food orders for hungry students.
Train new service employees according to prescribed training schedule
Assist the Service Manager with all aspects of service and employees
Assisting in recruitment and hiring of new employees
Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
