Requirements

  • Must have at least three years’ experience in residential maintenance in a supervisory role.
  • Must be EPA certified (Type 2 or Universal)
  • Have vast knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, and carpentry.
  • A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, passing of a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen are required.
  • Position is on-site.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish speaking skills are a plus but not required (must be able to communicate in English).

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on supervision and administration of the Service Department
  • Oversee the service staff while ensuring the prime physical condition of the community
  • Provide prompt customer service to Residents
  • Enforce adherence to environmental and OSHA regulation policies and procedures
  • Statistical reporting and budget responsibilities
  • Delegate work orders, schedule turns, and order supplies as needed
