About The Position

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated and empowered Service Supervisor for their Avanterra Queen Creek residential apartment community in Queen Creek, AZ. This role is crucial for maintaining facility operations, improving efficiencies, and developing standards that enhance resident renewals and customer satisfaction. The supervisor will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring the maintenance team delivers excellent customer service. The position reports directly to the Community Manager.

Requirements

2 plus years of experience in multifamily Service Supervisor role
Substantial experience in HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors and appliances
Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to perform occasional bending, stooping, and stretching
Ability to independently lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver up to 100 pounds, and up to 250 pounds with assistance
Ability to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment

Responsibilities

Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, appliances, painting
Work with vendors to maintain the appearance and safety of the community
