Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire an Entry-Level Service Supervisor in Peachtree Corners! Our ideal candidate will effectively coordinate field employees in order to meet our customer’s high standards and expectations. The position involves learning to dispatch Technicians to customer job sites to assess customers’ service, repair or installation needs and track jobs for completion to customers’ satisfaction. It also includes performing employee performance reviews, documenting performance issues, providing necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Adaptable to change and good at multi-tasking
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner
• Proficient user of software and systems
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
