About The Position

The Service Supervisor position in Wylie, TX involves assisting the Service Operations Manager with various job duties and responsibilities. The role champions corporate and division customer service programs to meet or exceed division customer service goals. The supervisor will assist in directing and supervising front end operations, monitor and direct customer traffic flow, and ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the front end sales floor, restrooms, front entry way, and parking lot. Additionally, the supervisor will maintain the fresh, full appearance of the checkstand merchandisers and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists Service Operations Manager with job duties and responsibilities.
• Champions corporate and division customer service programs to meet or exceed division customer service goals.
• Directs and supervises front end operations.
• Monitors and directs customer traffic flow and coverage of checkout lanes.
• Ensures cleanliness and appearance of front end sales floor, restrooms, front entry way, and parking lot.
• Maintains the fresh, full appearance of the checkstand merchandisers.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Handles accountability for cash flow requirements including safe transactions and monitoring cashier funds handling procedures.
• Serves as a cashier when needed.
• Answers and responds to incoming calls appropriately.
• Performs all job duties with honesty and integrity.
