About The Position
The Service Supervisor position in Wylie, TX involves assisting the Service Operations Manager with various job duties and responsibilities. The role is focused on championing corporate and division customer service programs to meet or exceed division customer service goals. The supervisor will assist in directing and supervising front end operations, monitoring customer traffic flow, and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the front end sales floor, restrooms, front entry way, and parking lot. Additionally, the supervisor will maintain the fresh, full appearance of the checkstand merchandisers and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
