Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Will have at least three years’ experience in residential maintenance in a supervisory role
• Must be EPA certified (Type 2 or Universal)
• Have vast knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Will successfully pass a background check
