Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Operations Manager with job duties and responsibilities.
• Champion corporate and division customer service programs to meet or exceed division customer service goals.
• Direct and supervise front end operations, monitor customer traffic flow, and coverage of checkout lanes.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of front end sales floor, restrooms, front entry way, and parking lot.
• Ensure the fresh, full appearance of the checkstand merchandisers.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Report policy violations to store management.
• Ensure the accurate operation and function of the Point of Sale system.
• Handle and assist with accountability for cash flow requirements including safe transactions and monitoring cashier funds handling procedures.
• Work with Scan/FMC Team to correct scanning file problems in a timely manner.
• Run totals on all tills, prepare and proof daily deposit slips, and complete all Front End forms.
• Serve as a cashier when needed and provide services to customers as required.
• Answer and respond to incoming calls appropriately.
• Perform all job duties with honesty and integrity.
