Position Overview Under the direct report of a Service Manager/ Filed supervisor, Technicians provide pest control services, requiring state licensing. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in the U.S., have a clean DMV report, and pass a physical and drug screening, along with a background check. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Service Technicians provide the vital link between our company and our clients through exceptional customer service. They spend their day traveling to appointments and meeting with customers to assess pest problems and execute specialized treatment plans in and around their homes and places of business. Technicians recommend corrective actions to prevent future pest problems. They help the community by solving their pest challenges, building long-term relationships with customers on their route, while protecting their homes and businesses.
