Front of house functions include, but are not limited to, cash wrap management, customer transactions and services, omnichannel services, answering phones, and understanding and executing operational policies/procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales and/or customer service preferred
  • Ability to lift at least 30lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, crawl, reach, and bend

  • The Service Specialist role is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Operational Excellence Policy and Procedure
  • Maintain a knowledge and understanding of all Policy and Procedure
  • POS Management
  • Perform standard POS functions i.e. customer sales, returns, exchanges, inventory lookup
  • Ensure accurate cash handling
  • Efficiently open and close register
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked cash wrap
  • Acquire new customers and maintain up to date contact information within POS and clienteling tool
  • Execute fundamental clienteling tool operations
  • Assist client with extended services i.e. alterations, order follow up, messenger
  • Ensure packaging of items meets required standards
  • Omni Channel Support omni services i.e. BOPIS, order fulfillment, order status lookup
  • Stock/Inventory Management
  • Maintain an accurate inventory through efficient transaction processing
  • Assist store team with inventory related tasks as needed
  • Follow loss prevention procedures
  • Customer and Brand Experience
  • Partner with Store Management and Store Team to ensure positive brand representation as portrayed through product, store maintenance, and customer service.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Support a best -in-class level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and operational ownership
  • Assist with customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations processes
  • Assist with floor sets, window changes and other merchandising expectations as needed
  • Maintain a one company/one experience perspective in all customer service interactions
