About The Position
The Provider Relations Service Specialist at HealthPartners serves as a key resource for primary care groups, specialty care groups, hospitals, and other medical providers within the organization's health plan networks. This role focuses on enhancing the efficiency and quality of provider relationships, facilitating the resolution of provider inquiries, and assisting provider staff in understanding and implementing HPI products, policies, procedures, and systems. The position also plays a crucial role in contract support, including fee schedule and contract implementation.
