About The Position

We’re looking for a Service Selling Technician who is not only a skilled HVAC professional, but also a confident closer. In this hybrid role, you’ll diagnose system issues, educate customers on repair vs. replacement, and actively drive new system sales. We offer a competitive base plus a strong, performance-driven commission structure, giving you the opportunity to earn a high income with no cap on your success. Requirements

  • Five plus years of experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Skilled at every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • EPA & NATE certified preferred.
  • Experience servicing Lennox equipment a plus.
  • Ability to take and follow directions from management and can work independently.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds.
  • Successfully pass background check and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record pursuant to company standards.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces including on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights.
  • Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential systems.
  • Educate customers on system conditions and guide them through repair or replacement decisions.
  • Build and establish relationships and rapport with our clients while providing them with the best solutions for their home comfort systems.
  • Provide customers with the correct solutions for their HVAC needs, including repair vs. replace options.
  • Identify and generate sales for full system replacements.
  • Meet or exceed establish sales goals.
  • Sell and perform large-ticket repairs when it’s the right solution for the customer.
  • Utilize Service Titan systems to review data and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Provide 5-star customer service and build lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism.
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
