  • Notating concerns regarding customer's vehicle for proper in-store assessment.
  • Following up with customers after appointments.
  • Communicating with Service Advisors to ensure all customer needs are met.
  • General knowledge of automotive service.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous BDC experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers.
  • Internet savvy with good computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to track service leads.
  • Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening (drug & background checks).
