About The Position

Rock Hill Ford is the premier Ford Dealership in the Rock Hill, and surrounding areas. We strive to welcome each person that visits or contacts our dealership and assist them with any needs they may have. We are looking for a Service Scheduler to answer and distribute incoming calls and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Service scheduler you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the Service Department. You will also distribute and redirect phone calls. You will schedule customers based on the service departments needs. Rock Hill Ford is apart of a larger automotive group called Krause Auto Group. Requirements

  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or Customer Service Role
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Professional attitude with a customer service mentality and professional appearance
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, friendly customer service via phone and occasional in-person interaction
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments across all service departments
  • Communicate service status updates, completion times, and vehicle readiness
  • Coordinate daily workflow with service advisors, technicians, and the parts department
  • Ensure accurate customer, vehicle, and service information in dealership systems
  • Support Ford CX/CSI customer satisfaction goals and initiatives
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls for maintenance reminders, recalls, follow-ups, and promotions
  • Generate service appointments and support service traffic growth
  • Document all customer interactions and appointments accurately in Xtime/CDK/Eleads
  • Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, appointment accuracy, call volume, and service retention
