About The Position
The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for generating revenue for the A Oasis Service Division by selling maintenance programs, equipment repairs, and upgrades. This role works directly with homeowners to evaluate pool systems, identify issues, and recommend solutions that improve performance, safety, and longevity.
Requirements
- Sales experience in pool service, HVAC, plumbing, home services, or construction
- Strong ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining technical issues
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and projects
Responsibilities
- Sell weekly pool service and maintenance contracts
- Identify and sell equipment repairs and replacements
- Convert service calls into larger upgrade opportunities
- Upsell automation, lighting, heaters, pumps, and energy-efficient equipment
- Generate renovation leads for the construction division
- Meet homeowners onsite to evaluate pool equipment and conditions
- Provide professional recommendations and proposals
- Track leads and manage pipeline within the CRM
