As a CLEAR Sales and Service Representative (Ambassador), you will be responsible for driving membership growth and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with travelers, explaining the benefits of CLEAR's services, and converting potential customers into loyal members. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your energy, communication skills, and drive for success will help you exceed sales targets while providing a great experience for our members.

  • Drive Membership Sales by actively engaging with travelers and converting interactions into membership enrollments.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service by creating positive experiences for travelers and addressing inquiries.
  • Adhere to Security and Safety protocols, including verifying airline documents and confirming traveler identification.
  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals by meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a variety of products and services based on customer needs.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process, including a drug test.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
