The Building Automation Service Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of Building Automation repairs and maintenance contracts by leveraging expertise in building automation and control systems. This role involves engaging with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored Building Automation service solutions. The representative will identify and pursue sales opportunities for Building Automation services, understanding customer requirements, and presenting compelling service proposals. Collaboration with technical teams is essential to ensure that proposed services align with customer needs and technical capabilities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of this position. The representative will also be responsible for meeting activity metrics for calls, appointments scheduled, and generating sales opportunities, as well as updating and maintaining records with the CRM (Salesforce).
