About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: Manage customer relationships to ensure needs are met or exceeded, communicate and be the liaison with Operations, negotiate pricing and meet performance and financial goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) a must, higher education a plus, multi-lingual preferred, 1-2 years of B2B sales experience required, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes and procedures; highly independently, plans and directs the work of others, processes and procedures
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive mathematical skills, familiar with financial controls
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong work ethic, organized, attention to detail
  • Strong safety awareness
  • Computer literate
  • Flexible time
  • 3 years or more management experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction, and company knowledge of customer product mix and service preferences
  • Communicate and track any service or quality issues and feedback; anticipate customer needs
  • Provide and track detailed and accurate occupancy forecasts that may include other departments and impact business volume
  • Responsible for consistent communication touchpoints; in-person, phone or email
  • Assess pricing opportunities to meet or exceed budgetary goals
  • Identify new business opportunities, analyze financial and labor impacts
  • Inform Director of any problematic situations
  • May give input into developing the revenue budget
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Participate fully in company health and safety programs and comply with all company OSHA policies and procedures.
  • Follow all lawful employer safety and health rules.
  • Wear and / or use Personal Protective Equipment, when and how instructed.
  • Report hazardous conditions to management.
  • Report any job-related injury or illness to management and seek treatment promptly.
