About The Position

The Service Sales Manager is responsible for driving product sales and maintaining customer relationships in the assigned area. This role involves prospecting new customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales goals through strategic planning and execution. The position also emphasizes personal development and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant industrial sales experience, preferably in the compressed air industry.
• Four-year degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven business analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned area.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules.
• Manage, call on, and sell service products including service plans and repairs.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity and telemarketing.
• Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and introduce new products.
• Research solutions to customer problems and coordinate sales with Sales Managers.
• Engage in planned prospecting activities to increase customer base and market share.
• Maintain customer base, sales activities, opportunities, quotations, and leads in C4C.
• Maintain a professional image and enhance company reputation through actions and initiatives.
• Prepare reports on activity, lost orders, closings, and performance against budget.
