We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Sales Manager- Fire Systems & Equipment located in Milwaukee, WI. As the Fire Systems and Equipment (FSE) Service Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Service Manager to maximize the growth of sales and margin dollars with our owner-direct customers in the Milwaukee market. You will provide vision and strategic development of sales planning and execution for our Fire Alarm/Specials Hazards and Fire Extinguisher/Pre-Engineered product lines. You will directly manage a team of sales professionals which will require establishing sales quotas, providing mentorship to team members, and onboarding new sales talent. You will facilitate team meetings to ensure there's a high degree of cross-selling and ensure product line sales are on track. Strategically partners with the Service Operations team to create seamless transitions from sales to operations. This position will also be responsible for meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them. Developing and implementing new sales programs, sales initiatives, and marketing campaigns will also be opportunities for the person in this role.

Requirements

  • Technical experience working with Fire Alarm & Special Hazards product lines.
  • 5 years of experience in a service-related sales position.
  • Some management oversight of team members.

Responsibilities
