We are launching and growing a dedicated crusher service and rebuild operation to support the aggregates and mining industries. The Service Sales Manager will play a key role in building this business—developing the market, winning service orders, and serving as the commercial and technical face of our Pekin Service Center. This role is ideal for a technically strong service sales professional who understands crushing equipment, enjoys working directly with customers, and can collaborate effectively with distributors and internal teams. Grow the Business Develop and expand the crusher repair and rebuild business with primary focus for the Pekin Service Center. Execute a service repair go-to-market strategy , including market penetration, target accounts, and value proposition. Define and evolve the service repair portfolio, including rebuild packages, upgrades, and value-added services. Identify and pursue new service opportunities across the aggregate and mining markets. Sales & Financial Accountability Own and deliver the annual service sales budget , including revenue, order intake, and margin. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. Support development of competitive, profitable pricing for repair and rebuild work. Distributor & Channel Collaboration Work closely with distributors and customers to develop service opportunities and win repair orders. Support and enable distributors with technical guidance, service offerings, and sales support. Serve as the escalation point for complex service opportunities and customer issues. Customer Engagement Act as the primary customer contact for service , building strong, long-term relationships known for responsiveness and reliability. Arrange and conduct sales calls and on-site customer meetings to promote service and rebuild capabilities. Visit customer sites to assess equipment condition, discuss operating challenges, and identify upcoming repair needs. Position the Pekin Service Center as a trusted partner for crusher lifecycle support. Technical & Commercial Support Define repair scopes based on inspections, customer requirements, and equipment condition. Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate cost estimates and repair pricing. Translate technical findings into clear, professional customer proposals. Support scope changes and commercial discussions during job execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with service, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance to ensure a smooth process from quotation through job completion. Act as the commercial link between customers, distributors, and internal teams. Participate in post-job reviews to improve execution, margins, and customer satisfaction.
