About The Position
Way Mechanical Ltd is one of the nation's largest and most experienced mechanical contractors, specializing in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and the maintenance of these systems. Our services span the Southeast with office locations in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, and headquartered in Houston. We are seeking a Service Sales Executive to join our team! This role is crucial in driving our service sales and ensuring the growth of our maintenance and retrofit business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. The Service Sales Executive will work closely with various stakeholders, including building owners, developers, and maintenance personnel, to gather information about their projects and budget constraints. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be involved in preparing bid proposals and making sales presentations to prospective customers, showcasing our capabilities and securing contracts for maintenance agreements. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the collection of delinquent accounts and resolving customer complaints, ensuring that we maintain a positive reputation in the market.
