About The Position
This is a full-time, direct placement for Main Enterprises, Inc. The role involves developing, managing, and growing the HVAC service repair business by creating a robust sales process, securing new service customers, and establishing a sustainable pipeline for long-term growth. The position requires researching the industry and selling HVAC services that will ensure continued growth and profitability. Responsibilities include assisting in new system implementation, performing on-site meetings and site walk-thru tours to assess customer needs, and maintaining regular communication with customers and the team to ensure their needs are met. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the hiring of new technicians and retaining existing technicians.
