The Services Sales Consultant (SSC) is a dynamic pre-sales professional, passionate about technology evangelism and developing custom services solutions to drive business growth. This role focuses on architecting and sizing the essential service components that enable the Cloudflare platform. The SSC excels at presenting how the successful integration of technology and services translates into tangible business value for customers. A core objective of the SSC is to grow the Cloudflare professional services business. This involves direct engagement with customers to define the specific service requirements needed to maximize the value of their technology investment and achieve their desired technical and business outcomes. The SSC works in a fast-paced environment and is instrumental in enabling Cloudflare customers to securely achieve their goals. This is accomplished by creating and proposing a comprehensive services wrapper tailored to meet each customer's unique needs. The SSC maintains close working relationships across the organisation, partnering directly with the Services Sales team, Core and Specialist Sales, as well as establishing strong connections with Delivery teams, Global Delivery Practices, and other subject matter experts within Cloudflare Professional Services. The successful candidate will recommend the appropriate blend of Cloudflare services to assist customers in planning and executing large-scale transformations, ensuring they leverage maximum value from the portfolio.
