About The Position

We are seeking a relationship-driven Service Sales Accounts Manager to maintain, grow, and expand existing commercial HVAC service accounts in the Corpus Christi market. This role focuses on customer retention, renewals, upgrades, and identifying expansion opportunities within current client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in HVAC service sales, commercial construction, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and construction environments
  • Demonstrated negotiation and contract management experience
  • Ability to prepare proposals and communicate value effectively

  • BA in Engineering, Business, or equivalent field experience preferred

  • Strong closer with a track record of growing service revenue

  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments (client facilities/job sites)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing commercial HVAC service accounts
  • Sell, renew, and expand service agreements (including multi-year contracts)
  • Identify upgrade, retrofit, modernization, and replacement opportunities
  • Follow up with construction clients to transition into ongoing service relationships
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, cost/benefit analyses, and ROI presentations
  • Maintain weekly/monthly activity reports and annual forecasts
  • Collaborate with estimating, service, and sales teams to develop account strategies
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers and facility stakeholders
  • Manage multiple service opportunities including repairs, turnkey projects, and contracts
  • Travel locally and regionally to client sites
