Full responsibility for providing support to customers in respect of Skyjack equipment. Majority of duties will be providing telephone support for any repair or product issues, as well as supporting new product launches and technical training. Work cross-functionally to resolve any issues. Promote services and/or products to customers. Provide technical training and guidance to less experienced team members.
