The Service Representative - Surgical Equipment Repair ensures operational delivery of Surgical Equipment Repair offerings to a set account base. These services include, but are not limited to, onsite instruments, rigid endoscope, flexible endoscope, power, video and ancillary surgical device repairs. They are also responsible for maintaining customer service.

Requirements

An associate degree or equivalent work experience.
The ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Willingness to travel to support business needs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office 365, Word and Excel.
The ability to sit, stand and bend often.
The ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or Medical Device industry experience desired.
Sterile Processing Department (SPD), Operating Room (OR) and/or related sales experience preferred.
1-3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage key accounts and grow the Surgical Equipment Repair business.
Establish and maintain appropriate levels of service delivery.
Maintain relationships within facilities to ensure clear communications and cooperation.
Create opportunities and identify weaknesses to decrease expenditures.
Navigation of equipment throughout the hospital.
Ensure complete paperwork submission.
All other duties as assigned.
