About The Position
The candidate chosen will be placed at either the Regal Branch or the South Hill Branch. Whichever branch they are placed in will be their permanent location, so they will not be floating between or working at both branches. However, though the Regal Branch is not open on Saturdays, team members of the Regal Branch do help with Saturday coverage at the South Hill Branch on a rotational basis. The chosen candidate will need to be open to work at either location, and able to work on the occasional Saturday shift. With the goal of enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams and building communities this position is responsible for processing a wide variety of member transactions, while consistently uncovering members financial needs, deepening member relationships. We delight our members in every interaction.
