You will be one of our very first field hires, helping us establish the culture, technical standards, and local reputation that will define our success for years to come. Job Summary As a Senior Electrician, you are the backbone of our field operations. You will be responsible for performing and coordinating the installation and service of electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings. You’ll be the bridge between complex electrical problems and the "white-glove" peace of mind our customers deserve.

Requirements

Technical Seasoning: 3+ years of residential electrician experience is required.
Credentials: Must possess all necessary local and state licenses.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Communication Skills: You can explain complex issues to clients clearly and provide accurate solutions with a "can-do" spirit.
Reliability: A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check/drug screening are mandatory.

Master Craftsmanship: Perform expert installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment, ensuring every job meets our "best-in-industry" standards.
Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions with precision and execute the necessary repairs efficiently.
The Mister Sparky Experience: Use our "Straight Forward Pricing Guide" to present clear options to clients, perform thorough safety inspections, and maintain a 100% satisfaction rate.
Field Leadership: As a founding team member, you’ll help refine our field processes and provide feedback to "Mission Control" (Dispatch) to help us scale the business.
Inventory & Logistics: Ensure your "mobile shop" (the truck) is stocked and ready to minimize downtime.

Earning Potential: Total on-target earnings (OTE) of $110,000+ per year including performance bonuses.
