About The Position
As a Service Reliability Engineer/DevOps at Amadeus, you'll leverage your diverse skill set to accelerate our software development team's productivity by creating standardized automation for controlling, building, artificing, and deploying managed services. You will ensure the reliable and consistent delivery of applications, enhancing our ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. Additionally, you will drive the evolution of Amadeus' managed services, maintaining high stability and agility in our operations. In this role, you'll identify areas for improvement in the developer experience through research and user feedback, design and implement solutions to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance developer productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering leadership, product managers, platform teams) to ensure successful project execution, stay up to date on the latest engineering trends and technologies, and document processes and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain consistency.
