Requirements

1-2 years of experience in administrative, customer-facing roles
A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers who enter the service department
Schedule appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person
Direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions
Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office accounts
Handle daily bank deposits
Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
