About The Position

Service Receptionist / Service Cashier – Bluebonnet Ford Bluebonnet Ford is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual to join our growing service department. We are looking for applicants with strong customer service skills who are eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry. As a service receptionist and administrative assistant, you will be both the voice and face of our service department. We are looking for someone with a professional appearance, a winning attitude, and a genuine desire to build a long-term career—not just take another job. While prior experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with strong potential and the right mindset. Our dealership operates like a family, and we value every employee as such. Requirements

  • Ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

  • Follow all receptionist and cashiering processes and procedures
  • Answer inbound service phone calls and schedule service appointments
  • Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Greet visitors, identify their needs, and assist accordingly
  • Cashier service customers with accuracy and professionalism
  • Direct customers to the lounge and ensure they are connected with the correct team member for status updates
  • Help diffuse customer concerns and route them to the appropriate staff member
  • Scan repair orders for digital records
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the service lounge
  • Complete daily cash reports
