About The Position

The Service Quality Manager oversees Call Center operations and is responsible for educating the community about Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) service delivery programs. This role involves planning and coordinating training efforts to enhance customer service, implementing strategies to measure customer satisfaction, and leading the Service Quality & Customer Care department. The Manager will represent CAT in community outreach efforts and ensure high standards of service delivery.
