The Regional Territory Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing a network of service providers to deliver roadside assistance to members within a specific geographical area. This includes negotiating contracts, ensuring adequate service coverage (especially in high-volume areas), evaluating and managing provider performance, resolving problems and issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our members. The right candidate will have demonstrated industry knowledge of roadside assistance, ability to build business partnerships with third party providers, and competence to resolve challenging problems with minimal guidance. The Regional Territory Manager is an administrative role and a full-time position. The role will operate in a remote environment and a standard business week (Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM).
