About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Service Project Manager to lead electrical service projects from planning through completion. This role combines field leadership and office coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 6+ Years Electrical Field Experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
• Technical Management Experience
• Knowledge of Electrical Material, Tools/Equipment and Methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and E-mail

• First Aid/CPR/AED

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical service projects
• Lead and mentor technical and field teams
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control standards
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, utilities, and customers
• Support department revenue goals and operational efficiency
• Respond effectively to urgent or emergency situations
