The Sprinkler Service Project Manager will be responsible for creating job schedules, coordinating the delivery of tools and fabrications, identifying and managing the personnel assigned to each project, and tracking labor efficiency. In addition, the individual will be responsible for representing the company at job progress meetings and initiating change orders. Other duties may be assigned. The role includes accurately defining project requirements, creating job schedules, coordinating the delivery of tools and fabrication, managing personnel assigned to each project, tracking their labor efficiency, representing the company at job progress meetings, initiating change orders as needed, completing contract progress billings as required, estimating remaining 'cost-to-complete' for monthly WIP reporting, managing the day-to-day operations of assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget, serving as the main point of contact for clients on assigned projects, working with clients to brainstorm creative solutions to problems, monitoring assigned projects following established guidelines, communicating with team members regarding project needs, reading and analyzing job cost reports, responding in a timely manner to inquiries from management, assisting with collections as required, communicating daily with foremen, and consistently overlooking the design progress.
