About The Position

Requirements

  • Understanding of Managed Services and/or GreenLake ecosystem.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation.
  • Ability to operate and lead through ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the introduction and end-to-end product lifecycle of new Managed Services offers.
  • Manage complex Managed Services introductions, contributing to defined processes and best practices.
  • Lead activities supporting new HPE GreenLake service introduction projects.
  • Ensure proper definition and incorporation of Managed Services components into new service offerings.
  • Work with stakeholders to define managed services and business processes for new product launches.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to develop and enable Managed Services offerings.
  • Ensure delivery readiness and alignment of pricing and business processes.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing activities to drive awareness of new services.
  • Retain product management ownership throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Drive initiatives to improve Managed Services products and processes.
