We are currently looking for a service writer to join our team. The service writer will be responsible for maintaining the Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by the dealership service manager and will oversee the entire customer service experience from the service drive until the vehicle is returned to the customer. This role involves scheduling appointments, generating estimates, advising customers on vehicle care, and effectively communicating timelines for repairs and maintenance. The service writer will also follow up with customers regarding any changes in estimates or pick-up times, document repair and maintenance changes, resolve customer complaints, and establish strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
