The Service Porter assists the Service Manager, Service Advisors and Service Technicians with all service-related tasks to ensure that our guests have an exceptional service visit.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and no more than two moving violations within the past three years and no major violations within the past five years.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles and operate them in tight spaces.
• Excellent interpersonal sills and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• Neat, clean and professional appearance.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on the service drive and places seat covers and floor mats in vehicles for the technicians.
• Washes all customer vehicles that have been serviced.
• Drops off/picks up service customers in the courtesy van.
• Maintains cleanliness of service drive, customer lounge, courtesy van, etc.
