About The Position

A Service Porter supports the daily operations of the service department by moving vehicles, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff and customers. This role helps ensure efficient workflow and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission

Responsibilities

• Move customer and dealership vehicles to and from service lanes, parking areas, and service bays
• Greet customers upon arrival and direct them to service advisors
• Keep the service drive, shop area, and parking lot clean and organized
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles after service
• Shuttle vehicles or customers as needed
• Monitor vehicle flow to avoid congestion in service areas
• Assist technicians and service advisors with basic tasks
• Perform lot checks and ensure vehicles are properly parked and secured
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
