At South Dade Toyota we are seeking a motivated and hardworking Service Porter who is eager to grow within our company. As a Service Porter, you will receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to develop the skills needed to transition into a Service Advisor role. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no Type A violations, such as DUI, reckless driving, or hit-and-run offenses). A motor vehicle report (MVR) will be required upon hiring.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems, smart phones, and digital sales tools.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide a great customer service greeting customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
  • Move and park customer vehicles safely in designated areas.
  • Retrieve vehicles for customers upon service completion.
  • Assist in keeping the service drive and customer waiting areas clean and organized.
  • Support Service advisors and technicians by transporting vehicles to and from service bays.
  • Maintain an organized lot and report any vehicle damage or issues.
