The responsibilities of a Service Porter include supporting the service department by moving, cleaning, and organizing vehicles, assisting technicians and advisors, and ensuring the dealership maintains a clean and efficient work environment. Requirements

• Strong customer service with verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and assist in various service department tasks
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Previous dealership or automotive experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of service drive, shop, and customer areas
• Move vehicles to and from service lanes, parking areas, and shop as needed
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles after service
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle flow and organization
• Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas safely and efficiently
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lot and service areas
• Check and maintain fuel levels in customer and inventory vehicles as needed
• Assist with shuttle or customer transportation when required
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean working environment at all times
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dealership experience
