About The Position

Pierre Ford of Seattle is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Porter. As a Service Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a service porter or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and deliver customer vehicles to and from the service area.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area by regularly sweeping and removing debris.
• Assist service technicians with moving vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, refilling fluids, and replacing light bulbs.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and labeled for identification.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
