About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Central Oregon. We are looking for a Service Porter to join our team. This is an entry level position providing training and room for growth. This is an hourly position, working a full-time schedule. Our Porters are working in a fast-paced environment, making sure vehicles are arriving and departing to the appropriate store locations. Porters are trusted to drive Kendall vehicles safely and represent the Kendall brand. Requirements
- Candidates must have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, must have ability to drive automatic and manual transmission.
- A good, clean driving record and valid driver license is required.
Responsibilities
- moving and parking service vehicles as needed
- communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients
- directing service customers to the appropriate advisor
- obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check in process
- retrieving parts and supplies
- operating snow removal equipment
- washing exterior of vehicles
- vacuuming interiors of vehicles
- janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable
