About The Position
D-Patrick Honda is looking for a friendly, energetic and courteous Service Porter to work with our Service Advisors and Technicians. We are seeking someone who wants to learn and grow in the Automotive Service Field. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance after 60 days! Requirements
- Valid and clean Driver's License
- Pass a background check
- Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Greet service customers as they pull into the service drive.
- Move vehicles through Service Department as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of Service Drive and Shop, keeping floor clean and dry, as necessary.
- Empty trash when needed.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure efficient and pleasant customer experience.
- Work closely with Service Technicians to assist in various manners.
- Assist in keeping guests up to date with the repair process.
- Initiative to learn and grow in the Automotive Service industry.
