The Service Porter assists the Service Manager, Service Advisors and Service Technicians with all service-related tasks to ensure that our guests have an exceptional service visit.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and an approved MVR per our insurance requirements.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles and operate them in tight spaces.
- Excellent interpersonal sills and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
- Neat, clean and professional appearance.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests on the service drive and places seat covers and floor mats in vehicles for the technicians.
- Washes all customer vehicles that have been serviced.
- Drops off/picks up service customers in the courtesy van.
- Maintains cleanliness of service drive, customer lounge, courtesy van, etc.
