About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lot Porter / Personal Assistant to join our automotive team in a fast-paced shop environment. This role is essential to daily operations, ensuring the lot, workshop, and vehicles are organized, clean, and ready for customers. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required)
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work on your feet and stay active throughout the day

Nice To Haves

Basic automotive knowledge recommended but not required

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the automotive shop and lot
Drive and reposition vehicles safely and responsibly
Jump-start vehicles and fuel cars as needed
Use a smartphone to take and upload photos of vehicles
Assist with general shop support and daily operational tasks
Work efficiently in both indoor and outdoor conditions
Communicate clearly with team members and management
Support the team with additional tasks as assigned
